This authentic farmhouse Lancashire cheese is lovingly hand made by our Cheesemakers . It’s 50 year old family recipe comes from Jean, a 2nd Generation Cheesemaker here at Butlers Farmhouse Cheeses. Sunday Best takes 48 hours to make, and is then aged for a further 18 months.

Kidderton Ash is a handcrafted goat’s cheese log, rolled in ash prior to maturing.
The ash helps a unique rind develop around the cheese, which gives it a contrasted, speckled appearance and helps contain a constantly developing flavour.
